AUBURN PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION MEETING

Absent Commissioners: Chris Bennett-Collins, Mary Impaglia, Charles Ladouce, David McCarthy, Charles Savage, Jerry Delfavro
Revisions of February 2nd minutes: David McCarthy was in attendance not absent.
No Public Heard
City budget request for movies in 2004 is $1,500. – Price list to be made available to sponsors to show cost of various movies. Sponsor ads for Summer Brochures need to be handed in March for printing deadline. Jim Loperfido of Auburn Cinefile Society will volunteer on move nights but not sponsor this year.
Showmobile is showing signs of wear & tear, need to start working on block grant CBDG for replacement cost of approximately $70,000.
City rental fees for various venues are updated including Showmobile, Casey Park Arena, Shelters, Fields and Ice Rental – Hoopes Park, Market Street and Parking Garage.
Reminder to Mike Talbot to add asterisk for soccer field (provide insurance). Add form numbers and revision dates to verify most current applications are being implemented. Also reminder to add websites to all forms & advertising.
